'Thanks for your dynamic presentation on 'Seeing Pink Elephants' - it gave me a unique blend of practical structure for change as well as highlighting the need to deeply respect the people who have to make the changes. I particularly liked the way you used practical examples form your own experience to expand each principle and then used engaging graphics to make them memorable. The one that really struck home for me was the image of a seed sprouting and then growing bit by bit - a good reminder that change is a process over time rather than an instant fix.
